INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to the current legislation - EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislave Decree 101/2018 ("Privacy Code") -, in relation to the personal data concerning you that will be processed, we inform you of the following.
According to the indicated regulations, the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, relevance, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

Syneton S.r.l. has designated, pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, a Data Protection Officer (“Data Protection Officer" or "DPO"). The DPO can be contacted at the following e-mail address: dpo@synetongroup.com.

1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The processing of personal data is carried out to process requests for information on the services offered by Syneton S.r.l. or the companies of the Syneton Group (Ediscom S.p.A., Across S.r.l., Yonkana S.r.l., Aimage S.r.l., Nativery S.r.l., Direct Response S.r.l.) and its subsidiaries (AdYou S.r.l., Sprinta S.r.l., Powerad S.r.l., Movenzia.com S.r.l.).
In particular, if the request for information relates to services offered by other companies in the Group, Syneton S.r.l. may acknowledge it by providing contact details or may forward it directly to the company concerned for the purpose of appropriate and timely feedback from it.
Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (B) of the GDPR, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
Finally, the processing may consist of the collection of information, anonymous and never identifying, about the user's behavior while using the portals, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the owner's sites and to allow the use of the services offerred therein. Services and interactions with external platforms may also be used in order to provide a better browsing experience. These services and external platforms may collect some user data, governed directly by their own privacy settings, for which please refer to the Cookie Policy.

2. DATA RETENTION TIME

Data will be processed for as long as necessary to process requests for information.
After the above retention periods have elapsed, personal data will be destroyed, deleted or anonymized, consistent with the technical procedures for deletion and backup.

3. MANDATORY PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

The provision of personal data highlighted with an asterisk in the data collection form is mandatory: refusal to provide such personal data does not allow Syneton S.r.l. to process requests for information.

4. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Personal data may be processed only by employees of company functions authorized to process them as they are deputized to pursue the above purposes who have been expressly authorized to process them and have received appropriate operating instructions.
Personal data may be disclosed to the following entities or categories of entities operating as Autonomous Controllers:
Group companies in Italy or abroad, including outside the European Economic Area, if the request for information concerns services offered by other Group companies.
Personal data may also be processed on behalf of the Company by individuals designated as Data Processors, pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
The list of data recipients can be obtained by sending a writen notice to the Data Controller or an e-mail toprivacy@synetongroup.com.

5. COOKIE

Cookies are text files that Web sites send to a visitor's computer or other device, connected to the Internet, to uniquely identify the visitor's browser or to save information or settings in the browser.
Cookies are used to improve its websites and to provide services and functionality to customers, in particular they may be used to remember information provided by the user, store user preferences about the user's use of the website so that Syneton S.r.l. can improve the performance and design of the website and may be shared with analytics tool providers, they may also allow you to provide promotional information.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

To the extent and under the conditions provided by law, the Controller is obliged to respond to requests from the data subject regarding personal data concerning him or her.
While Syneton S.r.l. is processing your data, as a data subject, you may at any time exercise the following rights:
(a) Right of access - you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not processing concerning your Data exists as well as the right to receive any information relating to the same processing and if so, to obtain access to your personal data and the following information:
- the purposes of processing;
- the categories of personal data in question;
- The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly if recipients in third countries or international organizations;
- when possible, the intended retention period of personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
- the existence of the data subject's right to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
- The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information about their origin;
- The existence of automated decision making, including profiling;
(b) Right to rectification - you have the right to have your Data in our possession rectified if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
(c) Right to erasure (so-called "right to be forgotten") - under certain circumstances, you have the right to obtain the deletion of your Data within our records if it is not relevant to the management of the contractual relationship or required by legal obligation;
(d) Right to limitation of processing - upon the occurrence of certain conditions, you have the right to obtain the limitation of processing concerning your Data, if it is not relevant to the management of the contractual relationship or necessary due to legal obligation;
(e) Right to portability -You have the right to have your Data in our possession transferred to a different data controller;
(f) Right to object -You have the right to object to the processing of Data concerning you based on the lawful condition of legitimate interest or the performance of a task of public interest or the exercise of official authority, including profiling, unless there are legitimate grounds for the Controller to continue the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim
(g) Right to revoke consent -You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your Data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before revocation.
The above rights, including the deletion of your data, may be exercised by sending an email to privacy@synetongroup.com or by contacting the DPO by sending an email to dpo@synetongroup.com or by writing to Syneton S.r.l., at the registered office located at via Vittorio Alfieri 11, Turin - 10121.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority or appeal to the Judicial Authority - if Syneton refuses to comply with your requests.
You also have the right to file a complaint by petitioning directly with the Supervisory Authority of your Country or the italian one (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia, 11, 00187, Rome) or, alternatively, by appealing to the competent judicial authority.
